Default Pilgrim and Miss Grillo moved...

...to Monday, Columbus Day. If they are going to postpone the race, why not move it all the way back to Thursday, Friday or next weekend? How much better will the course be on Monday with no time to dry out after Sunday's rain? Forecast after Sunday looks good right through to the weekend.

Are you crazy? Then you would only have 3 weeks to get ready for the Breeders Cup................................

Seems like a good move to reschedule the races, as under the "Win and You're In" conditions, if the races are taken off the grass, they lose their "Win and You're In" status. That being said, if the expected weather is that bad for Sunday, it's hard to comprehend why they would go ahead and card five turf races, most with little main track "protection," for Sunday.
