Track Biases....

Why is it so hard for the track sups. to keep an even maintained fair racing surface. For example: Fairplex.. Has no problem with weather. There really is no excuse for the track to be so anti inside speed. Use to be if you were the quickest in the field you had some kind of advantage. Now when you handicap a race you don't want to have a horse you may think will be on the lead on the inside.. Been a tough meet for the speed players for sure...
