Default Aristocrat (GZ's brother)

I just read that Aristocrat, the full brother to Ghostzapper goes on Belmont Day. Lets see how this horse stacks up. Has a lot to live up to.

Not his first start. He is no Ghostzapper. In fact, so far he has proven to be a quite average horse.

Frankel has him. He looks to be improving. He did beat Tagg's Rumspringa last year who is turning out to be quite the sprinter. May be just a late developer.

He has underacheived when comparing him to his older brother.. but Aristocat may have turned a corner. His last race at Keeneland was terrific. He came from off the pace in a move that quite impressive.

Wasn't Ghostzapper a late bloomer too? Maybe Aristocrat is just coming into his own.

ghostzapper was a late bloomer, he was a very good sprinter, who was very fragile in his hooves, and legs. he stretch out as an older horse, but initially he was sprinting.

But then again, if my brother and I didn't look a lot alike, I would swear one of us was adopted because we are EXACT opposites.

So ya never know.

Funny. The two do actually look alike though.

Horse is slow, shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Ghost Zapper, there's claimers that are running faster than him in the first race. If he wasn't a full to GZ, we would never hear his name. Horse will never win a stakes race. GZ wasn't a late bloomer, he was fast and not very sound, but my god could he run, when he did....
