Anything that sounds like Al Gore had no shot anyways.

In all seriousness, I think this horse was more hype than substance, but who knows.

Hopefully not another year where the most interesting and memorable thing all prep season and leading up to the race is who can keep healthy. I've never seen anything as bad to follow as last year.

The horses are racing less and less -- they're working less and easier (unless Baffert has them) -- and somehow still getting sidelined at least as much, if not more.

Cool Loser in a two horse race

How do you think Javier Castellano feels after he chose to ride him over Union Rags?????? Leperaux must feel like the luckiest guy in the world, he dumps michelle yu , then he mounts the derby favorite for a ride to infamy!

i personally believe this is all connected. horses, especially the good ones, have no bottom these days.

Again, owners and trainers seem to refuse to race their horses into shape. God forbid you lose some races.

Yep, if the NFL just had a few light pads workouts and then played a game, not many players would last long either.
