This place is really starting to slip.
T-minus 2 1/2 days to the Spa and still no "What's the weather going to be at Saratoga threads?"

It has to be the time change for the show. What a horrible decision by that awful company.

Everyone is too focused on betting win and place on the two chalks from each race

I'm very familiar with that technique, although I'll admit that Mrs. MaTH doesn't seem to be that big a fan of it.

One of the great aspects of the SPA, if you took a modern day black n white photo essay, a good many of the pictures would still look the same.

The Bijou (pic 56), early 1990s. I have some "vague" memories of that place.

I don't think the tank top was appropriate, but your jeans rock Dave.

Early 1980s. Last time I remember being out there was the 1982 Travers.

Come on Mike. It was all about showing off the "guns" back in the day.

And yes, the acid wash did rock.

The "How can I get free PPs for Saratoga" thread will get out of the gate first.

I've been to opening day for about 15 years straight and I have to say this is one of the more interesting cards I've seen in quite some time. Can't remember the last opening day when it was just a sunny and pleasant day in the low 80's.
It's usually one extreme type of weather or another. Either way, it looks to be a fun day!
