Default What a race- Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown

if you have not seen it this race was incredible. i expect something similar today in the man o war. turf racing is so far superior to dirt racing.

Yes, it is, and now some of the rest of you can see why I never liked this horse.

Hey Miss Cut-N-Paste ...

... do something useful ... as Revolution did for everyone in posting this race ... or go cook a meal for a real man ...

... and keep your useless redboarding comments to yourself.

Those are some really nice horses. Hopefully Showing Up will run big today because all the other American horses have no shot against these Europeans. That Hurricane Run is awesome. Too bad about Electrocutionist.

Around 5pm. I think 5:12 to be exact. Not on abc or espn, just cable tv and tvg. NTRA will have it up tomorrow on their site.

Well said, DaHoss.

Great Race, We can only hope for Ouija Board, Gorella, Alexandova, Film Maker, Wait a While, and other to make it to the starting gate in the Breeders' Cup F&M Turf at Churchill Downs on Nov 4th.

the plan is for ouija board to start in the bcf+m for her third time, a first and a second for her in her last two...but i think she's a better horse now! and that is scary. she's been carrying more weight all year than she will at churchill, and facing tough comp in the top males over there.

I'm a big fan of Ouija Board and she's probably better than ever, but Alexandova (Yorkshire, English, & Irish Oaks winner by Sadler's Well) and Gorella (Beverly D) will give her everthing the boys gave.

Ouija Board's 3rd in the '04 Arc as a 3yr old was awesome and I watched her at Lone Star Park in the BC. This is arguably the deepest division right now.

Great race, hard to believe she has stayed at such high level for so long.

I like ouija board in the BC, but not if Spencer is on her back. That kid has blown too many races for my taste.
