Thanks for posting, that was nice article. There is an article in today's NY Newsday (can't post the link, it's not up on the web site yet), and Tommy is quoted as saying to the effect that Bernardini will only get better as an older horse - it really sounded like he is going to run next year. I hope so.......good horses are dropping like flies.

Only 10:30AM, and already that's the best news I'm going to get all day. Thanks for posting that, Betsy; I'll keep my fingers crossed when 2007 comes, it turns out to be true! I'm generally not a fan of the expensive horses bought and/or bred by people with more money than God; I prefer the little guy success stories, but Bernardini has dragged me kicking and screaming onto his bandwagon. I was almost late to a wedding yesterday because I didn't want to miss the Travers.
