Default Favorite race replays (with story)

I have enjoyed the race replays that have been posted in this Forum and the radio race replays that Steve revisits on ATR. The anecdotes that people share about the race are facinating. Watching a race replay is nice but watching a race replay with a personal story behind it is really nice.
Anyone have any stories and related race replays that they want to share?

For me, it is the 2006 Florida Derby. I remember sitting down to watch that race. At that time I was just an fringe fan. I only really caught the triple crown and BC races. But the effort that Sharp Humor showed that day and Barbaro's response to being looked right in the eye for the first time really affected my interest in the sport. I still remember the two words I said to myself as soon as they crossed the wire: I'm hooked.
It's a race that I will personally cherish forever.

This is probably the most spine-tingling race I was ever attended, and I've been to about a dozen BCs, among a few thousand other races.:

This was Unbridled's 4YO debut after the winning the BC Classic at Belmont. You would have thought he would have really been up against it returning in a sprint against Housebuster, the 1990 (and eventually 1991) sprint champion. I was there with a cougar girlfriend of mine at the time (before the term was invented, of course) who knew next to nothing about horse racing. Even she started screaming.

Of course she was also a bit of a screamer, but that is another story.

Barbaro wouldn't have won without Vic urging Prado on. I'm shocked it took so long to uncover this.

My favorite race replay involves my all time favorite horse, Personal Ensign. The 1988 Breeders Cup was my first Breeders Cup I attended and to see her win the Distaff gave me shivers (well it was wet and cold also). Also later I had the opportunity to meet Randy Romero which kinda made it all pretty special also.

Please send video replay of "couger" aka screamer.
