4 horse dead heat

Just looking at the charts yesterday at Keeneland and saw to sets of Dead Heats for second and third in the 5th race. A rare occurence.

I may be recovering perfectionist, but...., Dead heat for second and another for FOURTH.

But there were 4 Superfectas: 4-1-6-2, 4-1-6-3, 4-6-1-2, and 4-6-1-3.
