Did you see that. Wow, that is a race horse! Last to first with a rush of speed you don't see that often.

Impressive. Tough beat for the 5 & 4....they ran nice races. Glad I can't bet...I looked at the PP's & liked the 4. That would have hurt. Gomez was the difference on that one.

As great a ride Gomez gave Artiste Royale today, the same can be said on the opposite spectrum for Rosario's ride on Ventana. You had to see it to believe it, I don't know who pointed this out on this board but it seems to be true at the moment, he doesn't save his best rides when the money is on the line. Nice ride by Husbands to win his first stake this meet though, no surprise there.
