Eibar Coa???

I was at the OTB the other day and was betting on belmont and Coa got beat on this horse in the 1st race and i was like damn it coa, and the guy next to me went on this trip about how when coa first started riding in the us he said he was a bug boy and then went on to win the eclipse award only to have it stripped from him because he actually had won a bunch of races overseas prior to coming to the us, anyone know if there is any truth to this??

Oh yea the guy also said he had changed his name, but he didn't say what it was
