Default signal debate

anyone think either side would bring in a 3rd party arbitrator to force the two sides to settle this?

don't know the details but binding arbitration in civil matters requires the consent of both parties, not one.

i'd assume the same is true in what is essentially a labor dispute.

btw: it would be a "neutral" arbitrator. 3rd party is a term used in contract law and is in no way the same as neutral.
