Screwed!!!!
It's 10 minutes of 6 and our OTB...Capital OTB has crashed...phone a bets ...internet wagering...NOTHING.
They claim its a nationwide problem...anyone else having any troubles out there or is it just us here in upstate NY????

Why do people wait until the last minute? If you've wagered on the derby in the past, you should be well aware that these sites crash because of the high number of users.
Sheesh. Act like you've been here before, people.

Now, we FINALLY come to the realization that BEFORE the industry catches up in terms of LOWER PAYOUT and who gets what signal,
they need to catch up in terms of the 'LITTLE' things like TECHNOLOGY There were better websites built in 1990
