$2 parlay was $1400....so $700 for $1. You got $210 more than the parlay.

Parlay was $1,400, so the $2 payoff ($1,820) was pretty generous..

It should piss you off cause you surely spent more than $3 on your ticket so shouldn't have really been counted as 300-1 if they fixed the stupid tax laws. People being happy (instead of pissed off) when they hit these sort of wagers is exactly how the tracks justify not putting pressure on the IRS to change the laws.

Nice hit Geek, very well structured if you ask me, $48 and my guess the minimum will pay on the end was in the $200 range?

Congrats on the score geek! I have a question along the very same lines regarding the payout of the pick 3 the race before. I had Limestone Edge in the first race (15-1 )M/L, Rebellion in the second (6-1) M/L, and Monba in the last (15-1) M/L. Now, their actually payouts were: $17.80, $10.20, $19.60 respectively. The $2 pick 3 payout was $1,069.40. If my math is correct, the $2 parlay is about $862.. but each one of these horses were below or WELL below their morning line odds. I guess more people played it the way I did.
