The Bears death spiral in full swing and it can't be stopped. Bench Grossman vs Lions, the team he had the game of his life against last year. Defense looks lousy... Ron Rivera looks better every day. Now going into Green Bay where the Bears shut out the Packers last year and Grossman also played great. Karma don't look too good for Chicago.

Bears saved $75-100k firing Rivera and replacing him with Babich. Then they gave Lovie Smith $22,000,000.00 for 4 more years beyond 2007.

Get used to the pain, it's going to last a while.

You run for 60 yards vs the Lions, you are not a very good team.

that they got stuck doing. Benson got the guaranteed cash as a rookie. They got what they could for Jones. But yes, more bad karma.

Everytime I watched a Bears game last year I was amazed at the difference in Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson. Jones always hit the whole faster and seamed to get a yard or two extra on most carries. Benson was and is slow and and never hits the wholes fast. A 6 yard gain is a very good run for him. Big mistake to have no QB and no RB I would go with Peterson I really think he gives them a better chance. The Bears will have a tough time making the playoffs this year if there defense doesnt get healty soon.

The Qb and RB's suck but they keep giving up 30+ points. If they had done that last year they would have been 8-8

I am in absolute awe of what Devon Hester can do. With their lousy offense, I think you are better off kicking OB and giving them the ball at the 40 then taking your chances with him

Um....Bob....what is the Packer doing to poor Rex in your avatar?
And is this why they call them the Packers?

I'm actually a Green Bay fan but I could'nt resist.

That seemingly is a good idea but NFL coaches "go by the book" more than any other coaches in major sports

If you watched closely after that play, Rex could be seen pulling on a Marlboro on the sideline

As a Dolphin fan I can say that I am thoroughly sickened. Freakin Wandstadt is looking good at this point. I may do like I did with the Knicks and go into exile until the front office is overthrown. Then they just wont exist until further notice.

I have no feelings for 'Bama, but if I were a Dolphin fan, I would not wish any good fortune fall Saban's way...He certainly contributed to a lot of the problems there

Yeah but I think he saw the writing on the wall and got out. Things have been in disarray since Shula left and Jimmy Hairdoo took over.

I had Miami in a survivor pool today, I was trying to get 'cute' and not taking any of the major teams because everyone was doing that. Too much air getting to the head now.
