Default Mid-Year Trainers

No surprise that Pletcher and Asmussen are 1-2 in earnings.

Pletcher - $14,703,769
Asmussen - $10,583,332

Of course, Asmussen has had twice as many starters as Pletcher.

O'Neill is in 3rd at $6,273,631. Some others:

Mullins - $1,854,958
Baffert - $2,635,205
Lukas - $1,372,218
Zito - $1,864,295

Pretty disturbing to see that the top two people have the same amount of earnings that 3-7 have combined.
