![]() The only stupid question is the one not asked. I am too lazy and tired this evening to go digging for one of my Horse Racing books and look up the answers to these questions as I worked my tail off pleasing customers at the store by tossing homegrown corn, tomatoes, zucchini, squash and all kinds of other produce on a busy azz Saturday not too mention I pulled a power shift and this is a run on sentence that might set some sort of Derby Trail record.
If a horse is shaking his or her head left to right or right to left (whats the difference) is that a sign that the horse is either in pain or uncomfortable? Wait, if you are in pain you are uncomfortable duh................................ The importance of a horse that has wraps. Front legs, back legs etc.. How does this play into the capping angle? If a horse rears up in the post parade, a sign of anything? Last question, and you might think I am crazy, well of course you do, but this is something I pay attention too. Question is, should I . If a horse takes a dump during the post parade I always bet it to win no matter what. Now, I have cashed a few tickets on this but is it really an advantage? I am guessing the horse is like me, it feels better after the dump. Only kidding but I am serious, I love the taking a dump angle. |

![]() All I can say is I do my best work capping while taking a dump. If I turn my head to the right and find the horse I like, I double up my bet

![]() Completely unfounded and unscientific handicrapping angles heard on the track or in the OTB:
* Bet the horse who takes the last dump before entering the gate [if it's IN the gate, and you can still get to the window, DOUBLE UP] * Bet (or don't bet, depending on your preference) the horse(s) who have the "track silks" * DON'T bet the horse who's "acting studdish" in the post parade (i.e., has a boner)
