Disagree... unless the ride I got from him last Fri was a fluke.

He got me home an 11-1 shot in a mile allowance race on the dirt. He had one of his patient, perfectly timed rail rides. One of the better rides I've ever seen him give a horse and he scored me some good dough. Maybe that race was a fluke?

Wow. I hope after today you might reconsider your stance.

He did go through a serious funk a few weeks back where he only won 1 race in 2 or 3 weeks, but he appears to be out of it the last week and a half to two weeks.

If he's in a funk he better get out of it quick, because he's coming to the Spa!

He won 6 races here yesterday. The guy's agent buys the best doughnuts for the winning barn too. Class act all around.

He should do fine up at Saratoga. The only thing is in NY the riders are not going to continuously leave the rail open for him. The guy is a great rider but I can't tell you how many times I have watched him beat me simply because in KY they do not shut off the rail on him. It is amazing how many times he gets away with it.
