Nice filly but it wasn't a surpirse....she held good company against the boys in Japan and came over to the States and won probably the worst $750,000 race ever assembled...not impressed with the lineup in there at all so I guess that is why I wasn't impressed with the win as much....she is a very nice filly, though....

..Unfortunately for Hollywood Park, the big money they are giving out for the American Oaks tomorrow won't be well spent either, as that race has come up even worse than the Cash Call mile.....horrible international turnout this year for that kind of money and prestige...I still can't believe it....Wait a While actually may be the horse to beat with Attima - and just think how those two would stack up against last year's winner Cesario or Melhor Ainda....not even close to replicating last year...

i wasn't sure who i thought would win the cash call til they started showing the horses, and talking about the speed in the race. soon as they showed dance in the mood the first time (she looked FANTASTIC) i told my daughter there's your winner. she sure made it look easy, told my kids the horses in that field wouldn't do much after today, if she could beat them all so easily. nice horse, love to watch those sunday silences run.

I said it in another thread somewhere but it bears repeating. Sunday Silence threw beautiful babies. That mare is freaking gorgeous! And a runner to boot!

Absolutely right. Sunday Silence is my #1 all-time favorite horse, and it STILL pisses me off that we don't get to see his offspring run over here very often. What a fabulous racehorse and sire he was.
This girl seems like another one. Very impressive yesterday.
