I don't know about the Guidry reference Scav, Father Guido Sarducci was around in 1975 (that was the first thing I thought when I saw the name). It's a bit before your time, I know. We'll have to get a clarification from him.

Welcome to the board Guido.

I'm going with killer pimp.

Scav, tell your Portillo's guy they'd be printing $$ if they opened a joint in So Florida. Pizza, Deli and Chinese literally on every corner. "Jerk Chicken" places not far behind. But impossible to get a beef or sausage anywhere.

Give me a COMBO WITH PEPPERS DRY....

I do not have a portillo's guy, wish I did. I do have one about 3 miles away though, along with a Jay's Beef right down the street from me

Maybe that is my next venture, a beef/sausage joint in So. Florida....

Inbetween Calder and Gulfstream. I agreee with Stud, you'll be printing $$$. Portillo's combo hits the spot every time (Dry with the juice on the side).
