Very interesting. Just when you thought TVG was dead, they might be alive and kicking.

“TVG is the owner of 17 issued U.S. patents covering interactive wagering systems, with more than 140 issued and pending patents worldwide. TVG continues to invest in research and development to provide its customers with unique, innovative opportunities to participate in the dynamic sport of horse racing.”

If this is true, this actually might have some bite in the courtroom. Gonna get interesting...

It sure would be nice if the Horse Players ( ie. CUSTOMERS ) are the big winners in this !

it's a shame that there couldn't be a way to get all the tracks under one wagering umbrella.

how many betting accounts do some people have, to enable them to bet everything they want?

Well, I know I am beating a dead one, but in certain states, you don't have the luxury of going to multiple sites to wager on different tracks.

As of now, I have no way to wager online for the Belmont, only over the phone if I sign up for a Youbet account. So, yet again, customers will be the ones to lose early, and the overall effects will be that the tracks and the game as a whole lose...
