Default Street Sense and leads.....

I have watched the Bluegrass a couple of times and I cannot tell if SS ever switched leads. Can someone with a better eye tell me if you see SS switch leads. Thanks in advance.

Thanks DaHoss. That seems sort of late to switch leads. I thought maybe he was lugging in a tad was due to him not switching leads. I assume he wins if he switches leads a little earlier.

I agree with you on your assumption. Just a very oddly run race. I do hope the connections of Teufelsburg reconsiders and points the horse to the Preakness. What is more perplexing is that in this age of breeding for speed, the potential Derby field lacks a true speed type horse.

If that whole ruckus didn't happen with Tuf, SS wins that race, and probably by about a length

Perhaps....thing I really like about SS is that he now has been battled tested in his last two starts. Even though he only has 2 preps, those two preps have been very good.

I cannot blame them for taking a shot. I am not sure he will have enough graded money to get into the Derby.
