Default Jersey betting account.

Last week I finally opened my NJ betting account. I went in not really expecting much. I have to admit I am pretty impressed. I can watch any track I want on my computer and even place all the bets there. No more waiting on hold as the horses are getting into the gate. I am sorry that I waited so long to open it. It really is so easy. With there being no OTB's in Jersey, the account really is must. I highly recommend it.

You will also get an account card that can be used at the automatic machines on track.

I have had my account for over 1 year. So far I am happy with it. You can see and wager on most tracks. The video is no better or worse than You.Bet.
The only time I had a problem logging on was during last years Kentucky Derby. However, I do wish that NJ would change the law and allow other internet wagering companies to accept wagers from NJ residents. Any odds on that happening? Good luck.

From what I've heard, that won't happen soon -- with OTB here and now in NJ, more to open, and at a faster pace; and the VLT issue is back on the table now. I'd like to see it as well.

Opening mine this week. As an aside, for all the railing about NJ ( some of it very legit ) the state has done an excellent job with all their web based applications.I've used them for state income taxes, car registrations, drivers licenses, and a fishing license and they've all been very straightforward and easy to navigate. I hope the NJ betting account is as good.

I do not think the website could be any easier. It's all point and click and has up to the date odds. The only downside I see, is if you live far away from a track to make deposits and withdrawals. I guess that you can do it by mail, but it probably takes a week to ten days to do. Good Luck with it and let me know what you think.
