Tampa Bays all Stakes Pick 4

Is it just me or did the pick 4 here today pay alot more then it should have ?
First leg you have a horse that was 5-1, but he was the second choice morning line and he was actually favored in all the earlier pick 3's, second leg you have a even money favore, third leg a 7-5 favorie and fourth leg a 6-5 second choice that was probelly on most ppl's ticket with the favorite.... i missed out on the pick 4 because i keyed my typhoon, but i was thinking this would be a $100-$150 ticket tops, and i was shocked when i saw $267. does anyone else think this was a large payout ?
