lol....well i am not in the best of shape so I cant stay out late. I had a knee replacement 5 weeks ago and it hurts to walk or to stand on it long.

thanks. i blame gander for all of this. he got me into running and the next thing i know i am under a knife. if i stayed non-active i would have been fine.

I don't believe this is really Eurobounce - he played in the contests, this guy doesn't (no offense )... and Eurobounce was doing REALLY well in thye contest before he left

Oh, and I'll be drinking Woodford Reserve on the rocks on Saturday!

Does not do it for me. Running was so much better for me cardio-wise. But alas the pounding has done me in also. Last time I ran a 5 K was two years ago and I took it very easy and still could feel my knees. And Im a little fella.
