I don't think that Ian Jory necessarily accused the actual connections of Discreet Cat of doing it, but the fact is that both of his horses were compromised by receiving drugs that he didn't administer, and he had no knowledge of it.
Gold For Sale and Simpatico Bribon raced with tranquilizers in their systems. And their performances showed it...
I believe that both of them were undefeated up to that point, and Gold For Sale looked unbeatable in his prep for the UAE Derby. Similar to how Discreet Cat looked in his prep.
