Sometimes I just cannot understand the reasoning of jocks. Why did Taylor Rice feel it necessary to come back out and overtake the 7 so early in the race when she was sitting in a perfect spot behind that horse and could have waited to challenge that horse in the stretch?
Instead, she decides it necessary to make an early move and force her horse into a 46 and change half ensuring that that her horse will have nothing left in the stretch and setting the race up perfectly for everyone behind her (except for the 7 who she forced to the fast half). Absolutely mind boggling to me.
