Just saw this comment on the Derby replay article at DRF.

"another buzzer winner thanks for cheating hand off by the winning jockey to the jockey of samraat white object your BUSTED......at 2:39"

Kind of funny if you ask me, but it does look like it's possible.

Probably more of a congrats than anything else.
