One thing - from what I read about Bill Benter and his team of guys over there, some of the computer teams have an access to the tote system that most players here do not have. If the computer teams don't have the same ease of submitting bets as they do in Hong Kong, I'm not sure they'd be that interested.

You want to talk about last minute late odds changes...the degree of focus from the broadcasters when that happens in HK is immense. Sometimes the race caller will be focusing as much on late tote changes than the horses about to race. HK has the most dramatic late odds shifts I've ever seen...and it happens with massive pools.
