Sadly this teacher probably has no chance in court because she signed to teach in a private school.
The Catholic Church under the new Pope is making conservatives squirm but there are still many right wingers in positions of power throughout the church. My parish is led by a liberal leaning monsignor so things here are moving more in the direction paved by Pope Francis. http://www.addictinginfo.org/2013/12...rancis-quotes/
