Besides he still has a little over $4 million left and only $5 million in liabilities. Stupidity should not be accepted in bankruptcy court and investing 80% of a $22 million portfolio in one firm surely qualifies.

Yea but still am not sure when the $18 million loss was put on the books. If it was prior to his last disclosure I applaud him for losing only 40% and not 80% of his portfolio.

Besides with 100 plus percent plus investment returns he should have that money back in a year, if he still does have $20 million plus.
