Great call on that race, I boxed your top choices for an exacta, hit pretty easily, thanks much!

Phipps are pretty special, I must agree.

10th: 17th DeFrancis Memorial Dash (Gr. I), $300,000, 3+, 6f

1. #5 Nightmare Affair 3-1
2. #3 Celtic Innis 12-1
A. #9 Thor's Echo 8-5
B. #7 Attila's Storm 3-1

I came to the same conclusion with Nightmare Affair on top here. Are you going with the only closer in a huge speed race angle?

Pretty much.. Think he's the most logical. I love the Calder/Laurel connection. Horses that get over CRC well typically handle LRL well...

I guess lightning does strike twice
Had the pick#4 COLD, and not a bad return with two odds-on favorites.
I also loved BOCA GRANDE, nice price...big, big future!
