Looking forward to the Judy's Red Shoes Stakes as I do every year. Judy's Red Shoes was one of the more popular fillies that raced in South Florida back in the 80's/90s and as honest a filly/mare as there was at that time. She was always over bet and I can recall on one occasion when I won a decent amount on a Phil Gleaves mare who beat Judy during a November 1987 Stakes race at Hialeah. The mare who won the Stakes race that day was "Burning Issue" and Judy finished about 5th when she got caught in traffic finishing down the lane. Hialeah was truly magnificent back in those days and so was the racing! Anyway, looking forward to this year's edition.....
