Hard horse to fathom. Baffert obviously right about not wanting to run Fast Bullet. Sage Valley just put in no effort whatsoever, Justin Phillip really isn't all that good and the Jackson Bend before the accident would have won this.

I didn't see it before the race, but looking back at it, the race was probably ripe for a bomb.

Well after watching Saratoga 9th race, and seeing DAS win the Forego Stakes.... I have a better feeling about Successful Dan in the Woodward Stakes....
