ah, yes...a-fraud. goes from hero to zero pretty quickly...

the pope gets props for his stance on homosexuals, but his 'the door is closed on that' regarding women priests gets nary a whimper.

At least he's not sexting them or trying to stick cigars up their arses.

Or has a bastard child like some wanna be reverends.

But why recognize the obvious?

dell, do you ever get tired of trying to make someone look ok by mentioning people who are worse?
he, and the church he represents, are well behind the times. the years of abuse of children, covered up (and most likely why the last pope resigned), the scandals in ireland with washer women, their blatant misogyny..
but, by all means, continue.

Then/you/they leave the church!

Not something a lot of women have a choice to do.

Jaywalking v. Murder

Imagine being killed by your father out of honor because you talked to a boy? If you're truly part of the cause there are bigger fish to fry.

so, that's no? and i did leave the church, years ago. however, many others like much of it, and want to fix the rest. good luck to them. i applaud those who want to make the world a better place. the catholic church has a lot of influence in a lot of areas; just think the good that could come if they led the way in making women equal to men in the church. they are a big fish.
