I would bet that Betweenhereandcool shows up there. Connections won the race last year and he is not nominated to the Jim Dandy.

Nominations up on the mountaineer website...lots that have no chance of showing up but some bigger names that seem interesting

Any updates? I'm planning to go, but as usual, I waited too late to get reservations at any of the few hotels near Mountaineer. So I'll be making a very long day of it and, quite possibly sleeping in my car until morning!!! Yeah, I'm fancy like that. I'm hoping Bob Baffert has a horse starting as the friends I'm going with are very casual racing fans but they love them some BB. (as do I!) Would make it more exciting!
