That was Norberto Arroyo. Just a ridiculously impatient ride. And he had the nerve to claim foul.

I thought that was bad until I saw the ride that Jose Ferrar gave the 5 in the Monmouth 7th, incredibly embarrassing ride on a super live horse.

I didn't realize that was Arroyo, but he should be fined for claiming foul after that ridiculous ride he gave Fire Alarm.
