IL Racing Board - ADW issue

I thought when Hawthorne began racing I would be able to use my Twinspires acct again. In calling the IL Racing board I got the run-around (all-be-it the polite run around) and all fingers point to the IL General Assembly for an answer and resolution. Does anyone have any insight on when this issue of betting on-line and via phones will be addressed and ultimately resolved?

Unfortunately I already tried but ADW's are deathly afraid of accepting IL players.
