And yeah, I have no doubt he was always a great cyclist .... just like I have no doubt Barry Bonds was always a great baseball player (he was awesome as a stick figure for the Pirates, just not the greatest hitter ever) -- and I have no doubt Dutrow Jr. was always a great trainer.

Of those guys, Bonds and Lance had it made before they ever had to cheat. Dutrow Jr. atleast couldn't prove his skills as well on merit, and he deserves more a pass for cheating than those guys do.

If you think Dutrow Jr. is a bad guy ... Lance is the ultimate POS.

I dont think that this is correct. Prior to him getting cancer and coming back his best Tour de France finish was 36th. There was an English journalist who covered cycling named Walsh that was skeptical from his 1st TDF win because of how much better he was post cancer treatment which in his mind made no sense when he recalled his previous form. Armstrong was particularly hard on Walsh and I believed sued him several times despite Walsh being absolutely dead right from the beginning.
