Yeah, the earthquake was centered about 10-15 miles from where I live, and that whore isn't much further.

My wife's aunt and uncle moved there a few years ago. Nice folks. We were there a couple of years ago to visit. About ten of us ate in Wells at Varano's. Ever been? I thought it was pretty damn good. Didn't know they had "Zumba" in the area. May have to go back.

Sanford is like a white trashy depressed version of Erie, PA. I try to avoid Sanford at all costs.

Wells is nice, and yeah, I ate at that restaurant. There are wop restaurants galore out here.

Excluding Sanford and Rochester (NH), this area is really very nice.
