I too live in Texas and use TwinSpires and Bet America periodically.

TwinSpires owners, Churchill Downs Inc.is fighting the Texas Racing Commission to keep online wagering and option here stating they can not "force" someone to have to place bets in person.

Sounds about right for this state....Texas was one of the last big states to get a freaken horse track. They dont let us bet any Texas tracks on Twinspires....pretty f up. Looks like pretty soon, no bets at all from home. WTF.
