Life isn't absolute...do we need regs - yes - my point is at what point do we take a deep breath and actually look at what we are doing. But to just keep piling on these regs and think we are doing something good - seems to be a huge mistake to me.
Dude.. You are the one that made the broad bold statement but aren't able to give any specifics. You are the one that said you want government out of your life but are unable to provide any specifics where they are hampering your life. As far as your regs at work go, do you for a nano-second think that once Romney gets in office that'll change? Only thing that will change is your taxes will go up and his down. You think the real estate market is bad just wait until he eliminates mortgage deduction. Both suck that is for certain but Romney doesn't even pretend to represent the common man.

To be fair, his tax policy is to eliminate the mortgage deduction on 2nd homes, not primary residences.

He is however going right after the your State Income Tax and Real Estate Tax deductions which is going to impact virtually every single middle income family financially, all the while decreasing corporate tax rates and extending the bush tax cuts for the wealthy, indefinitely.

Not exactly a man of the people.

Like I said from my view Romney represents less government intrusion into my life than Obama. Whether I could put enough words on a piece of paper that would satisfy you - not going to try

You mean when Congress (not Obama, actually, he can't make laws) prevented your insurance company from kicking you off your policy? Yeah, that's one government intrusion into your life. I'll give you that one.

Where he's forcing you to pay women equally to men? Yeah, you're right. Big government intrusion there.

Where he's prevented gays from being kicked out of the military just for being gay? Yeah, that's another big government intrusion in your life.

Where, in exchange for the auto bailout, he forced the auto companies to increase the mileage cars get on a gallon of gas? That was a terrible government intrusion that cuts our gasoline costs in half by 2025!

Now, Romney promises, day one, to eliminate your insurance company not being able to overcharge you, re-enables the insurance company to kick you off your policy at their whim - that's a freedom to suffer you need to vote for

And the Romney Budget immediately increases our debt by $5 trillion unfunded dollars due to unfunded tax breaks for the wealthy! Yay! Romney2012! Vote for this!
