Because

1) I"m not a fear-driven conspiracy theorist that doesn't question (no, I am not saying you are)

2) Most importantly: Because I've read Obama's books, and the other books out there written by others about the campaign, Obama, etc., detailing how he's acted, what he's said, witnesses to his life and career, etc

Yeah, guys - you can read books objectively and critically, for the information.

The man's life is an open book, and there's nothing there to feed a massive fear-inspired conspiracy theory about the dangerous manchurian candidate.

He went to the Trinity Church for 20 years.

He slacked off the past 7, due to jobs/family (verified by other people in the Church), and Wright didn't go off the deep end on his sermons until he became elderly and right before his retirement (verified by others in the church).

The President has lived under a microscope of examination of his words and deeds for years - years!

The man has four years of actual performance behind him. Ignoring that in favor of fear is ridiculous.

And calling the President a failure economically is a matter of opinion, but I'll go with the overwhelming number of economists that have objectively measured and shown how his economic policies kept us out of a depression, and are working in spite of overwhelming obstruction by the Republicans in Congress, thanks.

History will judge Obama very well, with historic, positive changes to this country. He's already being credited thusely at the end of his first term.

Haters are gonna hate on this President. But the facts are what they are.

Wow. That's so offensive it's unbelievable. Certainly you are entitled to your opinion. This First Lady does simply what every other First Lady has done, had issues: and this one's is veterans welfare and health of our children.

I'm appalled you attack her for helping children. And her work in Veterans Affairs has been lauded by veterans as the most they've received in years.

I'm appalled at the outright hate thrown at this President and his family. I've never, ever seen anything like it, and no, Bush W. did not get this.
