The scale slides very rapidly when dealing with large incomes.
We are only using income taxes as the primary factor in the equation and that is a problem. If you make 200K a year, it is likely that the person making 10x that number is paying 10x the taxes (in $) when you factor in all tax paid vs. just income tax.
