Nice to see a politician willing to speak his thoughts w/o a speech writer or teleprompter.

Anyone who saw the opening follies, coupled with a shortage of tens of thousands of security forces, empty seats filled with students and army troops etc. may see the validity of his statement.

Better than a sitting President gushing over the anti-women, anti-american arab egyptians, now free under the Muslim Brotherhood flag. Those equality programs for women, I'm sure, are right around the corner.

He doesn't have a speech writer!...I'm shocked...another first for the Mitt.

Note to Mitt...find a speech writer fast...

my eye roll that you replied to-that was because you actually think that mitt romney spoke without preparation. that's hilarious. are you really that naive? after his gaffes in london, you can bet your ass he won't say a thing without all his 'off the cuff' remarks having been completely gone over with a fine-toothed comb.

as for hillary, yeah, i know a lot of egyptians are anxious about their new government.

Default Romney Gaffe Show: Israel edition

The Romney Gaffe Show in Israel continued over the weekend, as Romney attempted to prove his warmongering Neocon bonafides regarding Israel, Iran, and Palestine.

However, Romney's positions were not greeted well by anybody but Bibi. In interviews with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that aired this afternoon, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and President Shimon Peres praised President Obama.

Quote:
BARAK: I should tell you honestly that this administration under President Obama is doing, in regard to our security, more than anything that I can remember in the past. … In terms of the support for our security, the cooperation of our intelligence, the sharing of sorts in a very open way even when there are differences.

PERES: When I look at the record of President Obama concerning the major issues, security, I think it’s a highly satisfactory record, from an Israeli point of view.

A surprised Wolf Blitzer:

“They were extremely complimentary to President Obama, both of them, even as Romney was still basically on the ground in Israel,” Blitzer said today. “I was pretty surprised by the effusive enthusiastic praise they had for President Obama given some of the problems President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu had in their personal relationship.”
Quote:
Israel's Defense Minister praises Obama's resolve, denies tensions with Netanyahu

Israel's defense minister extolled what he called Barack Obama's resolve and risk-taking on Thursday, remarks likely to help the U.S. president's re-election bid after the Pentagon beefed up warnings to Iran over its nuclear program.

The comments by Ehud Barak, lone centrist in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's conservative coalition, also appeared to dampen speculation the Israelis could defy U.S. remonstrations by attacking their arch-foe's nuclear facilities unilaterally.

False start in the women's 100 freestyle last night not by the swimmer taking off (an American) but the damn buzzer.

Then the South Korean flag is shown at the introductions for the North Korean soccer team.

A gaffe? Lucky prediction? Or a man with experience running an Olympics who saw the catastrophe in the making?

God Save the Queen!

Default Romney concludes disastrous foreign tour

Seven day tour, and Romney only answered three questions from the press during the entire time.

Today (yesterday Polish time), the end of the failed Romney World Disaster Tour occurred as the press shouted questions to Romney as he left Poland's Tomb of the Unknowns, and Romney's press aid screamed back at reporters "Kiss My Ass!" and "Shove it!"

And there you have it. The 2012 Republican GOP Presidential candidate.

Oh .. today Harry Reid reveals Romney paid no taxes for 10 years.

This candidate is done.

yes.

because it's not about going oversea's and insulting an ally if he's right.

please keep posting. every human error made proves your candidate was right and not just irretreviably lost in the world of diplomacy. you'll probably save his candidacy.
