Obviously, I don't believe this guys story about blowing it all gambling -- but he doesn't deserve any jail time.

Jail should be a place for dangerous people and true crooks. Not for poor people with no prior record who get handed a $1.5 million opportunity by Skank of America.

what i say they do, its change the regulation that if a glitch occurs
FDIC will cover it, and what ever happen to the money all well it doesn't matter, its a glitch and the glitch is insured.
and if they get part of the money back a reward should in place for which account got glitched.

Its A Win Win glitch.....
