Your exacta box looks good to me. I like Jemimas Pearl and summer applause as value plays and think grace hall is a deserving favorite.
I would suggest a 4 horse box instead of keying grace hall. That way if summer applause and karlovy vary are the exacta horses you're not completely bummed and cash a nice ticket. I also think these four would be good as first legs to the oaks derby double.
