![]() The name doesn't have to be trademarked to be off limits; it just has to be considered to have significant creative, commercial or artistic significance. Probably comes down to how recognizable the JC feels the name is. Yesterday was named after the Beatles song, so the owner said, but I imagine the JC probably couldn't deny the name as the word doesn't automatically make you think of the song.
