They are doing their due dilligence in doping out the Peyton Manning situation, as well they should. And if this bothers Sanchez, well, F him. Like one of the NY columnists wrote yesterday, he should have played better last year, then this wouldn't be necessary.

My point is that the fact that they have not given a "No Thanks, Sanchez is our man" and are even considering bringing in a 35 year old whose health situation is very dicey is not a strong show of support. Especially since it differs from this http://www.huliq.com/10061/mark-sanc...nfidence-owner Does anyone think the way to get him to perform better is to have him think his job is in jeopardy and having him play in fear of making a mistake?

You really can't believe anything the Jets say. Because either they are lying, or they are clueless. I prefer to think they are lying.

Wayne Hunter was given a vote of confidence also. If they don't upgrade the offensive line, it won't matter who plays QB.

Default I heard a report....

That they may be interested in bringing Braylon Edwards back, which I found very suprising! Anyone else hear this? In terms of the QB position, to me it looks like Sanchise gets another year. Peyton's out there, but somehow I just don't see that as a good fit. Even with the Tom Moore connection there.

I'll go with clueless. Just extended Sanchez 3yr at 40.5 million. I guess that is the sorry Manning laughed at us bonus.

They are also trying to trade Wayne Hunter, good luck getting much of a return.

It worked two years ago.

If they are able to get like $10 for him in return they should take it gladly.
