What a Surprise
The fact is that Ramsey does not pay bills.
Ask Chuck Simon Ask Dale Romans Ask anyone who has ever been associated with Ramsey. I have a good friend who paints thoroughbreds for owners, jockeys, etc. and he has been approached a number of times to paint for Ramsey - Roses in May. He won't do it unless Ramsey pays upfront, which is about as likely as it snowing here today in San Francisco.... PSH
